Bio
As a Freshman in
2013: Played in 27 games as a Raven, including 16 starts,
primarily at second base...Hit .230/.284/.344 over 61 at-bats
(14-for-61) with five doubles and a triple, scored eight runs and
drove in eight runs...Drew four walks against 19 strikeouts, was
hit by one pitch, hit a sacrifice fly, dropped down a sacrifice
bunt and stole six bases in seven attempts...Made his collegiate
debut as a pinch hitter in the seventh, but went 0-for-1 with a
groundout against West Virginia Wesleyan on 2/22...Made his first
career start, at second base, but went 0-for-4 in the second game
of a doubleheader at Dowling on 3/10...Picked up his first career
hit with an RBI single in the fourth, went 1-for-3 with a stolen
base and scored a run in the first game of a doubleheader against
Mercy on 3/15...Went 2-for-4, scored one run and drove in another
against Adelphi on 3/16...Went 1-for-4 with his first career
extra-base hit, a fourth-inning double down the left-field line,
and also drew a walk at Lynn on 3/19...Hit 2-for-5 with a double
and a triple, scored two runs and drove in two more in the second
game of a doubleheader against Saint Rose on 3/24...Went 1-for-2
with a pair of walks and stole a base against Massachusetts Lowell
on 3/29.
